Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2025

1. Services

Daddy Does AI provides AI automation systems, voice agents, chatbots, and related technology services ("Services") on a project basis. Each engagement is governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work agreed upon before work begins.

2. Ownership

Upon final deployment, the project will be directly shared and deployed to you. Daddy Does AI retains the core project repository and codebase internally. We do this so that if you request any modifications, we can easily rectify and push updates, ensuring seamless maintenance and continuous service. Daddy Does AI retains the right to reference the project type (without sensitive details) in its portfolio.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payment may result in paused delivery. All prices are quoted in GBP (or agreed currency) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat shared business information, processes, and data as confidential. We do not share your business details, data, or system architecture with third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Daddy Does AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the delivered systems. Our total liability is capped at the project fee paid. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when deploying AI systems in your business.

6. Third-Party Tools

Our systems often integrate third-party APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Twilio, n8n). Usage of these tools is subject to their own terms and pricing. Any cost of third-party services used in production is borne by the client.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
